At the end of each semester, students will complete Course Evaluation Report prepared by the Pusat Jaminan Kualiti & Akreditasi (PJKA), UTeM as an assessment and review of the lecturer’s teaching performance. The evaluation comprises of a few sets of questions, covering the course aspects as well as the attribution of a teacher with capping points of 5.0. This assessment is important to help me reflect and continually evaluate my performance as a teacher. Enclosed below are my assessment scores for various courses.

In addition to this assessment, gradually I provided a survey in the ULearn to see the details of student’s perspective on their performance in class and my teaching style. This allows me to refine, modify, and change my teaching method to meet the needs of my students throughout the semester. This is vital to the success of my teaching because the needs of my students change, and I need to change with them. Enclosed here some of the feedback from students:

Feedback from students in the amidst of transition to fully online learning. Most of the students prefer to have recorded video to help them study.

Majority of the students were somewhat satisfied with my teaching style and it is personal pleasure to receive a good feedback from them. To some extend it encourages me to improve every semester. I do hope students enjoy being in my class and benefits much.
