Namun, sering kali maksud sebenarnya disalah tafsir. Dalam pemahaman lebih tepat, ia bukan bermaksud <strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"913\">pelanggan sentiasa betul dalam segala keadaan<\/strong>, tetapi <strong data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"1024\">pelanggan sentiasa berhak untuk dilayan dengan adil, hormat, dan mendapat nilai daripada transaksi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1262\" class=\"\">Dalam Bahasa Malaysia, ia lebih tepat diterjemahkan sebagai <strong data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1118\">&#8220;Pelanggan Sentiasa Berhak&#8221;<\/strong> \u2014 memberi penekanan kepada hak pelanggan, bukannya mengangkat kesalahan pelanggan sebagai sesuatu yang mesti diterima bulat-bulat oleh peniaga.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1267\" class=\"\" \/>\n<blockquote data-start=\"5179\" data-end=\"5405\">\n<p data-start=\"5181\" data-end=\"5405\" class=\"\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-end=\"1307\">Apa Maksud Sebenar &#8220;Pelanggan&#8221;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1359\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1322\">Pelanggan<\/strong> ialah individu atau organisasi yang:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1492\">\n<li data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1378\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1378\" class=\"\">Membuat bayaran,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1414\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1414\" class=\"\">Membeli produk atau perkhidmatan,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1492\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1492\" class=\"\">Dan dengan itu membentuk hubungan sah di sisi undang-undang dengan peniaga.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1547\" class=\"\">Sebaliknya, <strong data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1525\">bukan pelanggan<\/strong> boleh merujuk kepada:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1744\">\n<li data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1621\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1621\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1550\" Dinafikan?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2764\" class=\"\">Walaupun prinsip pelanggan sentiasa berhak menjadi panduan utama, <strong data-start=\"2626\" data-end=\"2687\">terdapat situasi di mana hak untuk membeli boleh dihadkan<\/strong>, terutama apabila perniagaan beroperasi sebagai <strong data-start=\"2736\" data-end=\"2763\">kelab keahlian tertutup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 menikmati perkhidmatan, <strong data-start=\"3031\" data-end=\"3104\">tetapi syarat keahlian tidak boleh terang-terangan mendiskriminasikan<\/strong> mana-mana individu berdasarkan faktor sensitif tanpa sebab yang sesuai seperti:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3163\" data-end=\"3368\">\n<li data-start=\"3163\" data-end=\"3204\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3204\" class=\"\">Agama data-end=\"3368\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3300\" data-end=\"3368\" class=\"\">Umur (melainkan peraturan sah, seperti larangan alkohol bawah umur).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-end=\"3607\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3467\" data-end=\"3607\" class=\"\">Tetapi kelab yang mengatakan &#8220;hanya untuk bangsa tertentu sahaja&#8221; secara terbuka boleh dipertikaikan dari menawarkan produk untuk umum<\/strong> (contohnya restoran terbuka dalam kawasan kelab) <strong data-start=\"4107\" data-end=\"4156\">tetap tertakluk kepada undang-undang pengguna<\/strong> untuk
